Since its humble beginnings as a 25 member newb builder's guild in December of 2002, The Builders Project has grown substantially to over 700 members. To all of our 700+ members from the TBP management team, Have a Happy New Year, and thanks for your help and support in making The Builders Project the best it can be! Happy 4th Anniversary TBP!The Builders Project is a Neverwinter Nights support guild, a group of over 1000 people who have set aside their time to assist people in learning how to make the machine that is NWN purr and growl. People with talents ranging from Module design, NWscript gurus, Custom Content fiends, Persistent World Veterans and Single Player Devotees. The major focus of the guild is to make our members into better module builders by supplying resources, creative support and the odd bit of troubleshooting wherever needed. These attributes are perhaps best reflected in our Guild Objectives:
Membership
Guild Resources
Quality Assurance
Project Development
Module Play Testing
Each of the links above will take you into the world of that department, outlining what they specialise in, what is currently being undertaken, and some explanation as to what the future holds. Members are encouraged to join any department in which they are interested, keeping in mind that skill or experience is not a factor. We are here to teach people in every aspect that we can and that you are willing to learn. ![]() So now that we have at least a loose approximation of how The Builders Project is run and what its all about, who is actually running this ship of fools? The short answer to that is the guild leader, Rubberducky. However, Rubberducky is firmly democratic and the one thing that we really crave here is input from members of all stripes. Most decisions are the result of a vote by the guild council which consists of the officers of the guild, usually department heads, and of course at most meetings everyone is welcome to join in the discussions and voting. In addition to that, each member of the guild has a page on this website which they can use however they see fit, and as a jumping point to create more pages, as well as the image and file galleries available to all members here. For more information on how you can help in the management of this site, read the AboutThisSite page, or contact Abaddon
